Every task has an owner and a date
One assignee, a due date, a priority, subtasks, comments and files. Tasks can repeat, and a good one can be saved as a template for next time.
Chat, right next to the jobs
Public and private channels, direct messages and threads. Mention a task in a message and it becomes a live link. Your full history stays on every plan.
A calendar for the Monday meeting
Deadlines on a month grid, and a Workload view that shows who has too much on before you hand out anything new.
Your day, and nothing else
My work shows what’s yours today. The Inbox collects mentions, new assignments and updates on the tasks you watch, with a preview, so most of it takes a second.

Invite the team in a minute
Whoever signs up first becomes the Admin of your company account and invites everyone else by email. Admins change roles and switch people off when they leave. Workspaces sort projects by team (Operations, Clients, Company, whatever suits), and you can add someone to a single project as a guest.
An iPhone app, in testing
Native, quick, and on the same account, so a task ticked on the phone is ticked on the laptop a second later. It isn’t on the App Store yet. Android comes after.
What’s not in the box
No Gantt charts, no time tracking, no integrations yet. Some of that is on the list and some of it we’re happy to leave to other tools.

What views does Klusko have?
Klusko has five project views: Board, List, Table, Calendar and Workload. Board lets you drag cards between stages, List groups tasks by stage, Table is a spreadsheet-style grid, Calendar shows the month, and Workload shows each person’s load against the team average. Free includes Board, List and Calendar; Team adds Table and Workload.
What doesn’t Klusko do yet?
Quite a lot. There are no Gantt charts or timelines, no time tracking, no automations, and no integrations or API. There’s no Android app, no video or voice calls, no docs or wiki, no dependencies between tasks and only one assignee per task. We’d rather do tasks and chat properly than do forty things badly.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes, but it’s still in testing and not on the App Store yet. It’s a native iPhone app that uses the same account and data as the web app, and changes sync live between the two, so a task ticked off on the phone disappears from the board on your laptop straight away. We’ll announce it when it’s out of testing.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. There’s no Android app, and we’d rather tell you now than after you’ve invited a team of Android users. It’s on our list for after the iPhone app comes out of testing, but we’re not putting a date on it, because dates on a small team’s plans have a habit of moving.
Does Klusko integrate with other tools?
No. Klusko has no integrations and no API yet, so it won’t connect to your CRM, accounts package or calendar. It also has no automations or rules. We know that rules Klusko out for some teams. Recurring tasks and task templates cover some of the repeat work that people often use automations for.
How do recurring tasks work?
A recurring task repeats daily, weekly, every two weeks or monthly. When you tick one off, the next one appears with its new date, so a Friday stock check or a monthly payroll check never needs setting up again. Recurring tasks are part of the Team and Business plans, along with task templates and saved views.
Does Klusko have AI features?
No, Klusko has no AI features. There’s no assistant writing your task descriptions or summarising your channels, and nothing pops up offering to help. Separately from features, we don’t use your content to train AI models. If you were hoping for AI, this is one area where bigger tools have more to offer.
