Pay per person, not per bucket of seats

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 10 people and 5 projects, with 2 GB of storage in total, and the Board, List and Calendar views. Chat is included, and we keep the full history: we never hide old messages to push you onto a paid plan. Guests, Table and Workload views, custom fields and recurring tasks come with Team.

Team is £5 per person per month billed yearly, or £6 billed monthly. Business is £9 billed yearly, or £11 monthly. You pay for the people you actually have, with no seat buckets, so an 11-person team pays for 11. For now none of this is charged: we’re in early access and billing hasn’t started.

No. Every plan is free right now because billing hasn’t launched. Before anything is charged we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice, and nobody gets moved onto a paid plan without choosing it. If you set your team up on Team features today and decide not to pay later, you won’t wake up to an invoice.

No, our prices are shown excluding VAT. So Team at £5 per person per month billed yearly is £5 before VAT. When billing launches, VAT will be added where it applies. The Business plan also offers invoice billing, which tends to suit companies whose accounts team wants a proper invoice each period rather than a card payment.

Yes, prices are set in pounds, euros and dollars. Team is €6 per person per month billed yearly or €7 monthly, and $7 or $8. Business is €10 or €13, and $12 or $14. The pound prices are £5 and £6 for Team, £9 and £11 for Business. All are per person, excluding VAT.

Business has everything in Team plus priority support, with a reply within four working hours, a setup call with us, 50 GB of storage per person instead of 10 GB, and invoice billing. The features inside the app are the same. We think most small teams will be fine on Team; Business is for when you want a person to call.

During early access there’s nothing to cancel, because nothing is charged. Once billing launches, nobody is moved onto a paid plan without choosing it, so staying on Free or stopping altogether is always your call. Admins can also disable individual people at any time, for example on someone’s last day.
