Plan the week without a spreadsheet

A calendar of what’s due
The Calendar view puts every task with a due date on a month grid. Drag a task to another day to move it. It’s a good view to put up on the screen for the Monday meeting, because it answers “what’s coming?” faster than any list. Our weekly meeting agenda is built around it.
Workload, before someone burns out
Workload shows each person’s open tasks as a bar, with a line for the team average. When one bar runs well past the line, that’s the person you don’t give the next job to. New managers tend to like this one, since it turns “I think Maya’s busy” into something you can point at. Workload is part of the Team plan.
My work and the Inbox
Everyone gets a My work screen with a Today focus: what’s due, what’s late and what has just been handed to them. The Inbox gathers mentions, assignments and updates on tasks you watch, with a preview, so you can clear most of it without opening anything.
Where planning stops
There are no timelines, no dependencies and no resource hours. If you’re planning a six-month build programme, use a tool made for that. For next week with a team of twelve, this is plenty. Project management in Klusko goes into why we left Gantt charts out.
Questions about planning
Is there a Gantt chart or timeline view?
No. Klusko has Board, List, Table, Calendar and Workload views. Most small teams plan by due date and a weekly check-in, and a Gantt chart is one more thing somebody has to keep up to date. If you need one, Asana or monday.com is the better fit.
Which plans include the Workload view?
Workload and Table are part of Team and Business. The Free plan has Board, List and Calendar. While we’re in early access every plan is free, so you can try Workload now without paying.
Do tasks sync to Google Calendar or Outlook?
Not yet. Klusko has no calendar integrations today, so due dates live in Klusko’s own Calendar view. We know people want it, and we’ll say so on this page when it changes.
